Do you know what to say to your target audience to get them to know like and trust you?

When I was building my audience in the multifamily real estate space to offer them paid consulting, education, mentoring, and coaching, I made a list of their problems, pains, fears, and roadblocks.

Then I listed what I believed my target market's questions, desires, results and beliefs were.

I jotted as many down as I could muster and I listed them on my big 8ft whiteboard. See images.

This allowed me to know what to say to multifamily investors when I was talking to them, creating a post for them, creating a video for them, or even creating an ad to attract them.

This grew my audience to more than 4500 in a Facebook group, 5500 on an email list, 8200 on LinkedIn, and 1450 on YouTube, which is really hard to do, in a very small niche market.

What you say matters to your audience and if you don't talk like them, they aren't listening.

I created those lists in under a couple of hours and I was amazed at how easy it was once I started the process.

Is Anyone using conversational voice AI in their business?

Here's the challenge with it, and the solution to that challenge:

🤔 CHALLENGE - The FCC came out and said that you can make voice AI calls to cell phones and home phone numbers in the US.

This means any calls to consumers or businesses that use cell phones as their business phone, are prohibited from receiving our communication via voice AI...

Or does it?

💡 SOLUTION - There is an exemption to the law, and there are 2 parts to that exemption that you must meet.

First Exemption - You MUST get explicit permission from the contact that agree to receive voice AI communications.
Second Exemption - You CANNOT sell anything or make an offer of any kind.
There is a 3rd exemption but it only applies to government political offers and non-profits.

This means you can call a cell or home phone if you have voice AI in your optin form disclaimer and you only work towards getting an appointment with a human without giving an offer for products or services.
