We are searching for a polite, professional Phone Sales Associate to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers. The Phone Sales Associate may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls or both and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful Phone Sales Associate , you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.

Position Summary:
Sourcing new sales through cold calls, emails, and social media messaging.
Responsibilities:
Sell our product to new customers through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels.
Maintain relationships with existing customers.
Conducts follow-up leads and service calls.
Maintain reports on sales activity.
Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of products and recommend alternate products based on availability, cost, and specifications.
Routing sales opportunities to the appropriate representative for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quotas.
Research accounts and identifies key players.
