At Beyond Comfort Care Services, we are proud to provide complimentary wellness checks for the residents of The Park at Modesto. As a non-medical care provider, our goal is to help support residents’ overall wellness, comfort, and peace of mind through compassionate and attentive care.

Our complimentary wellness checks include monitoring and recording:
• Blood Pressure (BP)
• Heart Rate (HR)
• Blood Sugar Levels
• Temperature
• Oxygen Saturation Levels

These routine wellness checks help residents and families stay informed about their general well-being while encouraging early awareness of any changes that may need medical attention.
