We’re proud to share that our Visalia facility has received the 2025 Safety Excellence Award from the Fibre Box Association and AICC.

This award recognizes facilities that operated a full calendar year with no accidents involving days away from work, and it reflects the daily commitment of our Visalia team to keeping one another safe.

At PSC, safety connects directly to our value of 360 Health. We want all of our team members to go home safely every day.

We’re proud to share that PSC has been awarded more than $50,000 in training funding through the Greater Modesto Chamber of Commerce and the California Employment Training Panel.

This funding will help PSC continue investing in our greatest asset, our people. It creates new opportunities to develop skills, strengthen capabilities, and support the continued growth of our team members across the organization.

Investing in our people is central to our commitments to our values of Quality and Sustainability. Team Member Tuesday: Introducing Simon Jimenez!

Meet Simon Jimenez, a Forklift Driver in our South Converting department who has been part of Team PSC for four years. After spending over 20 years as a meat cutter, Simon brought his strong work ethic to PSC, and it shows every day. He’s known for making sure machines are stocked with product to run, supporting team members, and setting up the next shift for success, all while leading with a smile.

What Simon values most about PSC is the people. He believes a positive attitude can make everyone’s day better, and he truly enjoys helping his team members however he can. Outside of work, Simon is all about family time, whether that’s movie nights, visiting his mom, or family dinners...often with a stop at Texas Roadhouse for the bread.

Thank you, Simon, for your hard work, teamwork, and positivity. You’re a valued part of Team PSC!

PSC’s annual family picnic is always a highlight of the year, and this year’s beach-themed event did not disappoint! From mechanical bull riding and rock wall climbing to face painting, co****le, and delicious food, Team PSC and our families enjoyed a day full of fun, laughter, and meaningful connection.

Team Member Tuesday: Introducing Andre Alberto!

Andre Alberto, one of PSC’s dedicated Electromechanical Mechanics, has been part of Team PSC team for nearly eight years. Andre joined PSC in 2018 after spending five years in a previous role, looking for a place where he could continue to grow as a mechanic and expand his skills. He spent five years supporting our operations on third shift before transitioning to first shift, bringing with him more than a decade of experience working overnight schedules.

Andre shared that one of the things he values most about PSC is the strong sense of community across all shifts. While the work remains consistent, the transition to first shift has allowed him to be more present with his family and attend school and community events with his daughters. Professionally, Andre thrives on the challenge of maintenance work, describing each machine issue as a puzzle to solve. The satisfaction of repairing equipment and keeping operations running motivates him daily, and when a challenge isn’t solved immediately, it pushes him to come back stronger and learn more.

Andre also appreciates the way PSC recognizes and supports its team members, from company-wide events and the annual picnic to safety celebrations like the 360-days safe milestone. He values PSC’s commitment to health and safety, sharing that he stays active through soccer and takes advantage of wellness opportunities like going to the gym. Outside of work, Andre enjoys spending time with his wife, Martha, and their two daughters, Emory and Audrey, whether that means traveling or attending local community events and holiday parades. Thank you, Andre, for your commitment, craftsmanship, and the positive energy you bring to Team PSC every day.
