The G3 W**E Employee Resource Group teamed up with Sierra Vista Child & Family Services for the Outfits for Opportunities clothing drive, bringing teams across Modesto together to make a positive impact in our community.

Through generous donations and hands-on support, employees collected, sorted, and prepared professional clothing to help individuals step into new career opportunities with confidence.

After grapes are pressed, the skins, seeds and stems left behind are known as grape pomace. During harvest, G3 collects this material from w**eries and processes it for beneficial reuse—turning a byproduct of w**emaking into a resource.

Depending on how it’s processed, grape pomace can be repurposed for:
• Animal and poultry feed
• Soil amendments and compost mixes
• Compounds used in nutraceuticals, cosmetics and natural pigments

Collecting 100,000 tons takes a tremendous effort across our operation. Thank you to the G3 team members who work throughout harvest to collect, process and give grape pomace a productive second use.

Harvest success starts months before the first trailer rolls.🛠️🚛

While this year's harvest is in full swing, the work to prepare for it began months ago. Long before the first load, our maintenance team was inspecting every trailer from top to bottom—checking tires, brakes, air systems, lights, and every critical component to help ensure a safe, reliable harvest season.
