Things have been exciting here in the brewhouse.
Cold crashing our first seltzer pushing toward a Fallout favorite, Nuka-Cola Quantum at one of our sons requests. Blueberry Lemonade, it should be so refreshing!
Our friends are looking forward to enjoying our Mexican Lager that we kegged last week. This crisp light lager should pair perfectly with the fireworks tomorrow.
We pitched an imperial pilsner today pushing 9% which we intend to split into a couple of radlers. We went with a light IBU of 15 using Tettnang Hops. This should compliment the citrus juice additions we plan to explore including grapefruit, lemon, orange, and/or blood orange. Pineapple may find its self in the mix as well ☺️
Anyone interested in sitting down one day next month and helping us determine what juice flavors will make the best two options? Should make for a fun evening with a couple brand new Razzy Radlers at 4.5% after the juice additions 😁.
