Where you focus your attention, time, energy, and emotions on, over time, will move.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you are encountering resistance in your life, feel defeated, or having seasons of low energy, it's okay to step back, pause, and ask yourself the following:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-what am I giving energy to that isn't in alignment with my highest self and highest life?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-where is this resistance coming from?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-is this resistance trying to show me something?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-what are next steps I need to take based on these new understandings? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
*and always remember, give yourself grace in this process... there's no "perfect" way to learn how to recenter and realign ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I wasn't aware that there was a greater reality available for me. It's not that I didn't want a greater reality... I just had a mental and emotional block that told me, that it was only available for others and not me.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Apart of me always felt like I wasn't good enough for the things I longed for in life and desired. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For years, I didn't see the connection between the mental block and the way I showed up for myself in my own life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If I didn't truly believe that the desires of my heart and the life I longed for was even possible, then how would I fully show up as the best version of myself? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
After a few years of self-sabotaging behaviors, anxiety, burnout from running my businesses.... I knew something had to change. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I started in therapy and began to dig deeper into these core beliefs, that really weren't in alignment with my higher self and the life I longed for. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had to come to the conclusion that I was worthy of the things that I wanted, that everything I desired in life was for a reason, and that I had the tools naturally, the power within to create the destiny that was always meant to be mine.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here's the deal love.... maybe you can relate, maybe someone at some point told you that you weren't worthy of the things you wanted... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
YOU, my dear friend, have the SAME POWER within, you have these dreams for a reason, and you have the tools and power to create the life you desire.

This is a HUGE part about why being CLEAR on what you want and WHY you want it is SO important! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Allow your WHY to become the catalyst for change and doing the things that aren't easy.

If you would have told me 6 years ago that today I'd be in my dream apartment, in my dream sitting, working my dream career... I wouldn't have believed you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6 years ago I was living with my parents with my then spouse, feeling hopeful but also like a failure.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I couldn't afford the rent to move out, I felt trapped in my life, I felt like a victim of other people's decisions, I felt like life happened to me and not for me, I felt hopeless.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I started my boutique 6 years not because I felt super inspired or even because I loved fashion and it was my passion... to be honest, I started my boutique out of desperation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This HAD to work for me to move out and reclaim my independence. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I invested $6000 I didn't have and it's history from there... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I proved to myself that I could create my own reality and create solutions, be creative, take action, get clear on what I wanted and do the damn thing... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Within 4 months of starting my boutique, I paid off all the debt that I had from the biz and was profiting enough to make rent, all while working 35+ hours a week at a nonprofit... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can do the things that scare you, you can change your life, you have the power, life is happening FOR you, you got this!

How the HECK can I do this?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

There's no way I'm good enough to do this⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

EEK. For many, they saw the end result, just a girl living her best life traveling the USA... what you didn't see is all the limiting beliefs I had to overcome and the obstacles I needed to face. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You don't just wake up one day and create the dream life you've always wanted. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's a journey. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's ups and downs.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's replacing your self limiting thoughts with better thoughts that align with what you want⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's getting up and doing the things⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's talking yourself out of quitting when things don't go quite right⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's tough, it's easy, it's all over the place.... BUT it's TOTALLY doable!
