Our hobby soon turned into a love for wine, and then a passion to learn how to make it. Mark worked with a local winemaker for 3 years to learn the tricks of the trade. Mark traded labor for knowledge. We experienced and did it all when it came to making the wine, from picking the grapes out in the field, to eventually two years later bottling our first vintage.
