💡 𝗧𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆: don't forget about old employee files.

Businesses collect a lot of paperwork over the years, and employee records can easily end up sitting in filing cabinets long after they're needed. Regularly reviewing your files can help keep your office organized and make it easier to identify documents that are ready for secure destruction.

Just remember to follow your company's document retention requirements before disposing of any records. When it's time to clear out old files, 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 you securely take care of the paperwork you no longer need.
