General Nursery & Farm Laborer β Seasonal
Location: Molalla, OR
Season: February/March β September/October (seasonal with opportunity to return annually)
Hours: Monday β Friday | Full-Time & Part-Time | Guaranteed Hours
Starting Wage: $17.00 β $20.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Return Bonus: Incentives available for employees who return the following spring

Job Summary
Northwest Transplants is seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team for the growing season. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role working across both our nursery and farm operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that supports agriculture in the Pacific Northwest.

What to Expect
This role requires flexibility and a willingness to move between tasks depending on seasonal needs. Work will rotate between nursery operations and farm fieldwork.
Primary Responsibilities May Include:
β’ Assisting on the seedline (seeding trays for greenhouse production)
β’ Operating and supporting the tray wash line
β’ Moving plants into and out of greenhouses
β’ Loading and preparing plant orders for shipping
β’ General nursery organization and cleanup
β’ Fieldwork including planting, weeding, and harvesting fruits and vegetables
β’ Assisting with small projects and general farm maintenance

Requirements
β’ Willingness to perform repetitive physical labor including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
β’ Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
β’ Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
β’ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
β’ Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
β’ Willingness to operate equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and small tractors (training provided)
