BidBaxter is looking for halls and organizations interested in co-hosting a Christmas event this holiday season! 🎅🎁
🎄 IT’S NOT JUST A FUNDRAISER — AND IT’S NOT JUST AN AUCTION!
It’s a Christmas community event, shopping experience, fundraiser, and night out all in one!
Give your members and surrounding community a fun, interactive way to shop, socialize, save money, and enjoy the holiday season while supporting a local organization.

💰 FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
Members of your organization can offer fundraising opportunities during the event, including:
🎟️ 50/50 Drawings
🎫 Raffles & Drawings for eligible nonprofits
🍔 Food & Drink Sales — your organization keeps the proceeds
🎁 Commission-Free Member Donations
Members of the hosting organization may be eligible to have donated items sold through the auction commission-free, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the hosting organization or designated nonprofit. Quantities are limited and must be coordinated with BidBaxter in advance. Contact us for details!
🎁 BIDBAXTER WILL ALSO DONATE!
For each participating venue, BidBaxter will donate an item(s) valued at AT LEAST $100 total to the hosting organization to use however they choose — whether as an auction item, raffle/drawing prize, or another idea during the auction.
❤️ CHRISTMAS GIVING
We’ll also provide a donation box chosen by the hosting organization, giving bidders and guests an opportunity to donate new, unwrapped toys for children or other requested items benefiting a nonprofit or community cause.
🤝 WE HANDLE THE AUCTION SIDE!
No need for your organization to purchase auction inventory upfront.
BidBaxter handles the merchandise and auction operations, allowing your organization to focus on your members, fundraising opportunities, and community involvement.
We’ll also work together on promotion to help bring bidders and members through the doors.
📍 WHERE ARE WE LOOKING?
We’re currently looking for venues and community organizations generally within a 1–1.5 hour driving radius of our home base in Monaca, PA 15061.
We’re looking for individual venues that can host the event and have an organization involved.
🏢 VENUE REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for clean, family-friendly venues with:
• 🚚 Loading ramp or ground-level entry
• 🚻 Clean, accessible restrooms
• 🪑 Tables & chairs available
• 🔥 Reliable heat
• 🚗 Plenty of parking
• 👨👩👧👦 Family-friendly environment
• 📦 Adequate space for merchandise, auction setup & guests
Due to scheduling and logistics, we generally cannot offer side-by-side/nearby locations unless the organization has a strong membership base and significant community participation.
