Demolition & Rebuild Incentive Program Approval🏗️

The Monahans Economic Development Corporation is excited to announce the approval of the first application under the Demolition & Rebuild Incentive Program!

Paso Home Construction has been approved for their project is located at 511 West 15th Street in Monahans, Texas. Through this project, an existing structure will be demolished and replaced with a new approximately 2,100-square-foot home, helping revitalize property and contribute to the continued growth and improvement of our community.

This project represents exactly what the program was designed to encourage- investing in existing properties, removing aging structures, and creating new opportunities and development within Monahans.

If you are a property owner, developer, or builder with intent to demo and rebuild on an existing property within the Monahans city limits, we encourage you to contact the office for a program outline and application.

The Monahans Economic Development Corporation would like to congratulate Asbury Inc. on the completion of their improvements through the MEDC Facade Improvement Program!

Located at 103 South Fay Avenue, Asbury Inc. completed several exterior enhancements, including:

Building frontage improvements
Exterior painting

Great news, Monahans! The Monahans Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) has extended the application deadline for the Facade Improvement Program to July 10th!

If you’re a local business within the city limits and have been considering improvements like exterior painting, new windows or doors, updated signage or lighting, there’s still time to apply!

This program was created to help our local businesses enhance their properties and contribute to the continued beautification of our community. We are excited to see even more businesses take advantage of this opportunity!
