📢 WE'RE HIRING: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE🚨

The Accounts Receivable is responsible for processing invoices, monitoring payments, and maintaining accurate financial records while supporting daily accounting operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify invoices and payment requests
• Check and match supporting documents
• Monitor due dates and payable schedules
• Maintain accurate AP records and reconcile supplier statements
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment concerns
• Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents
• Follow company accounting policies and procedures
• Answering phones when dispatch is on another call.

🧠 Qualifications:
•Accountancy, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related course
• With at least 0–6 months of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
• Open for Fresh Graduates
• Knowledgeable in accounting principles and AP processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

📌 Open Positions:
• 1 Full-Time Position
Monday- Friday
9am-4pm
