We Love a quick change!! Took this backyard and pool from looking a little sad to looking like a beautiful hangout for family and friends! We will enjoy the long weekend then finish up the front yard!!

Lacking on the side of social media… but just finished up a big project where we came in and remodeled the whole arena and a few other things!!

We came in and cut out a round pen removed sod and brought up to grade!

We used majority of sand that we dug out of the riding arena which the costumer was not happy with how deep the footing was, we came in and removed almost 10” of material.

We then brought in around 6.5” of hard pack to create a hard and solid surface under the footing layer creating a sustainable surface that will last!

We also did a few other projects around the property to ensure the beauty of this farm!!

Busy week staying ahead of the rain!

Huge thanks to Carter McKee for dropping us off one of his beutiful dumpsters to get rid of this shed!

We also built up this building pad bringing in just under 500 yds of clay, shoutout to Lehnhardt’s Trucking and Excavating LLC for working late and helping us with getting it done!

Super excited to see a barn up on this, then to finish our week trying to beat the rain prepping a yard for seed!
