Unlike numerous oil additives on the market today -- protective coating or compounds which attempt to increase lubricity and make the oil more “slippery” XTREME FRICTION FIGHTER works on an entirely different principle. Under heat and pressure, Xtreme products actually modify the first few microns of ferrous metal surfaces, making them smoother and harder, reducing the friction coefficiency, without changing the tolerance of the working parts. The result, as proven in thousands of applications, is to save energy, reduce operational costs, increase power and torque, lower operating temperatures, decrease ware and downtime, and provide easier cold weather operation. Xtreme Friction Fighter does not compete with oil or oil substitutes. Xtreme is not a petroleum product. It is an anti-friction metal conditioner. Xtreme was mixed into an oil, put in an operating engine and then analyzed; it could no longer be detected in the oil. This means that Xtreme uses the oil to get in the engine, but once it treats the metal, it is no longer a part of the oil. A molecule of oil and a molecule of Xtreme will not blend together to make one molecule. Xtreme Friction Fighter uses existing greases, oils, hydraulic fluids and air conditioner fluids to transfer its incredible properties to points of pressure, dramatically reducing friction and heat, but otherwise is a unique product, unlike anything on the market. XTREME DOES NOT CONTAIN MOLY, TFE, GRAPHITE OR ANY OTHER SUCH PARTICULES. Xtreme Friction Fighter excels as an anti-friction metal conditioner for all automobile application and models, including diesels. Unlike additives the petroleum-based products that attempt to reduce friction by coating metal parts with a lubricant, Xtreme achieves up to a 75% reduction in friction by treating ferrous-based metals through a molecular change in the surface several microns deep.
