Synbio Technologies

Synbio Technologies Empowering scientific discoveries with advanced DNA manufacturing and design solutions.

Synbio Technologies was founded in August of 2013 with the hopes of becoming one of the premier companies within the synthetic biology industry. In order to accomplish this goal, many hurdles were circumvented to continue to move forward and offer our customers the highest quality product possible. By striving to move forward in this industry we have fine-tuned our mechanisms of various synthetic

biological applications and continue to do so on a daily basis. This is because we strive to be on the cutting edge of this technology which has led us to make groundbreaking discoveries within this field. In doing so we have developed the world’s first GPS Platform, including genotype, phenotype and synotype. The GPS Platform is what separates us from the rest of the competition within this industry. This platform is broken down into three portions and when combined offers a one stop solution of gene “design-construction-application” process. This streamlined process allows us to offer our customers a unique experience when designing their gene of interest in order to comply with the research interests. In addition to our technologically advanced synthetic biology applications there are hundreds of professionals with experienced track records of success in scientific research and industrial management. We are proud to have such a devoted staff with one goal in mind: to offer our customers with the highest quality product possible within an efficient time-frame. Our staff has perfected and streamlined many of these biological applications in order to comply with our customer’s demands. Please contact us with any questions you may have about our various services that we are currently offering.

🧬 rHuPH20: The “Molecular Scissors” Behind Faster Subcutaneous Drug Delivery

Why do some biologics require long IV infusions while others can be delivered in just a few minutes?

The answer partly lies in hyaluronic acid (HA), which forms a dense, hydrated matrix beneath the skin.

🔬 rHuPH20 temporarily breaks down HA at the injection site, helping therapeutic molecules spread more efficiently through subcutaneous tissue.

The effect is local, temporary, and reversible, making rHuPH20 an interesting tool for drug-delivery research.

For protein researchers, it also highlights the importance of protein design, glycosylation, expression systems, and functional activity.

🧬 Working with a challenging DNA sequence?
For complex gene synthesis, getting the sequence ordered is just the beginning.

Difficult regions, high or low GC content, repeats, and long constructs can all affect synthesis and downstream work.

At Synbio Technologies, we bring sequence design, optimization, synthesis, cloning, and QC together in one workflow—helping researchers move from a challenging sequence to a research-ready construct.

Whether you're working with a long construct, multi-gene design, or a sequence that needs extra technical review, our team can help evaluate the project and identify a practical path forward.

🧬 How far can sequential genome editing go?
From sgRNA design to clone validation, each step matters. 🔬

In a real-world E. coli intestinal isolate, our researchers used the pCas + pTargetF dual-plasmid system to complete:
🔹 7 consecutive editing rounds
🔹 7 genomic loci
🔹 36 kb of precisely integrated DNA
🔹 3 complete genes
🔹 No irreversible growth defects
🔹 Successful plasmid curing & PCR validation

💡 The system supports knockout, knock-in, replacement, and multi-site sequential editing.
A powerful example of scalable genome engineering in action. 🧬⚙️
