Jodi Fisher, CAE, CEO of Impact AMC, attended the 2026 Wisconsin Society of Association Executives (WSAE) Women's Forum at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield on April 22!

This year’s Seeds of Influence theme focused on leadership, connection, and empowering association professionals with innovative strategies and insights to help shape the future of the industry. Attendees had the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside other association professionals and suppliers.

To celebrate Earth Day, attendees also spent time potting flowers, adding a fun and meaningful hands-on activity to the day 🌱

On April 28, the Impact Team came together for a professional development presentation featuring special guest Elizabeth Engel from Spark Consulting.

Elizabeth shared valuable insights and practical strategies for addressing common association marketing challenges. Topics included leaning into the expertise of those in the marketing industry, AI tips and tricks, reaching diverse audiences, and navigating the unique opportunities and challenges that come with marketing in the association world. In addition to answering many of our questions, she shared her framework, tools, and methodology to find the answers ourselves.

As associations continue to evolve, conversations like these help our team stay informed, think strategically, and bring fresh ideas back to the organizations we support.

The NATHO Annual Conference for Healthcare Staffing Executives brought healthcare staffing leaders together in Las Vegas for several days of learning, networking, and industry collaboration at the Paris Las Vegas.

Cory has been an incredible addition to our team. She started as an Association Coordinator and transitioned seamlessly into her current role as Executive Assistant. Katie has been an incredible part of the Impact team, bringing a kind, positive, and genuinely uplifting energy to everything she does. Over the past five years, she has consistently shown up with care and support for both clients and colleagues, making a lasting impact in every interaction.

20 years ago, Impact began with a vision. Today, we are so excited to celebrate 20 years of growth, partnership, and community.

As part of our 20th anniversary celebration, we are sharing messages from the industry partners and colleagues who have supported Impact over the years.
