With divisions in operations, marketing, financials, strategic planning, and event coordination, Impact meets association needs. Since then, it has expanded to both Nashville, TN, and Phoenix, AZ. Impact Association Management supports medium- and small-sized associations in growing membership, holding successful meetings and events, and implementing efficient and goal-driven processes.

Fantastic news!! We are BEYOND excited to announce that our very own Elizabeth Schlicht, CAE has been named a 2026 Forty Under 40 honoree by Association Forum! Each year, Association Forum recognizes 40 outstanding association and non-profit professionals for their accomplishments, commitment to the industry, leadership skills, and continued potential.

The Impact team is celebrating another successful annual event with Surfaces in Biomaterials Foundation (SIBF)! This year's 36th Annual BioInterface Workshop & Symposium was held October 6 - 8 in Salt Lake City, UT. Attendees came from all over the world to participate in this scientific symposium that explores creative solutions to technical challenges by fostering education and multidisciplinary cooperation.

Impact Team Lead, Ben Sewell, and Meeting Planner, Cassie Sams, were on-site to ensure the event ran smoothly. The team also managed a lot of the pre-event coordination, including attendee registration, venue communication and logistics, exhibitor logistics, signage, and catering, developing the event program, and coordinating the student poster session, reception, and open house tour. Impact Financial Specialist, Samantha Reimold also provided valuable support for event financials.

We are very grateful for the active involvement and partnership with SIBF Board President, Sinduja Thinamany, to help ensure all of the above was a success!

We're celebrating Hannah Lier's 4-year anniversary with Impact AMC! 🎉Hannah has seen a ton of growth during her time at Impact. Starting as an Association Coordinator and working her way into an Association Manager and Team Lead role, she has shown a strong drive and aptitude for supporting her clients.

Hannah is a hard worker and incredibly organized, as reflected by the wonderful feedback from clients and coworkers. She's quick to lend a helping hand to her teammates and is hungry to develop her knowledge and skills. This year, she became even more involved in the association community as a member of the WSAE Board of Directors and was recognized as a WSAE Young Professional Awardee.

Thanks for all you do, Hannah! We can't wait to see what this next year brings.

The CAA 2026 Annual Conference took place on September 23-24, in Anaheim, CA, bringing together professionals from across the California Ambulance industry.
Senior Meeting Planner, Stephanie Dernek, Association Manager, Hannah Lier, and Director of Clients, Elizabeth Schlicht from the Impact team executed Impact's first event with CAA, ensuring that attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors had a successful conference. The Impact team worked through the event logistics, speaker coordination and organizing various pre-conference events. The conference offered valuable educational sessions and meaningful opportunities for connection among peers.

NCTA's 2026 Conference brought together higher education professionals from across the nation in Sacramento, CA to address concerns, share ideas, and participate in activities to better support the institutions they serve. Over 320 attendees engaged in 60+ sessions, workshops, and networking focused on effective strategies, best practices, and tools.

The Impact team was thrilled to support NCTA in planning this event through venue management, catering, signage development, exhibitor management, program assistance, hotel management, registration, conference gifts and other event logistics. Meeting Planner Cassie Sams and Meeting Coordinator, Kaitlyn Bilkey were onsite to keep things running smoothly. Behind the scenes, Vice President of Operations, Kristen Nixon provided additional support, lending her expertise to ensure the NCTA had what they needed for this exceptional event!

Milan, we miss you already! The 42nd Annual Meeting of the International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology brought together researchers, practitioners, and experts from around the world to focus on the theme "Unlocking the Power of Pharmacoepidemiology to Improve Patient Health. The 5-day event in Milan, Italy offered a unique forum for interdisciplinary exchange through pre-conference courses, keynote lectures, plenary sessions, workshops, and symposia.
The Impact team worked hard to bring this event to life over the past year, working on all logistics, abstract collection and processing, program development, event app set-up and management, marketing, registration, budget, speaker coordination, and much more! Several members of ISPE's dedicated Impact team were on-site ensuring a smooth and successful event: Senior Meeting Planner Alexa Maloney, Meeting Planner Cassie Sams, Executive Director Laura Simmons, Association Manager Hannah Lier, Association Manager Karen Lundquist, and Association Coordinator Henry McCoy. Impact CEO, Jodi Fisher was also in attendance to connect with client leaders and support the event.
