Impact is celebrating 20 years, and this milestone would not have been possible without the incredible partners who have supported us along the way.

For the past 20 years, the industry partners, colleagues, and network around Impact have been such an important part of our story.

Today, we are excited to share anniversary messages from Jen Brydges with AMPED, Janel Kuebker with Global Management Partners, and Jennifer Sommers with IHG. Thank you for being part of these first 20 years and for helping us look ahead to the next 20.

Our team recently came together for our annual Impact AMC Summer Retreat, a day dedicated to learning, team building, and having fun together.
One of the highlights of the day was completing a DISC assessment to better understand our individual work styles and how we collaborate as a team. Based on our results, we were grouped into four "flocks" inspired by different bird personalities: Eagles, Parrots, Doves, and Owls. Each flock represents a unique approach to communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, helping us recognize the strengths each person brings to the table and how we can work together even more effectively.
The day also included team-building activities, games, and plenty of opportunities to connect with coworkers beyond our day-to-day work. Investing in our people and building strong relationships is an important part of who we are, and we're excited to bring what we learned back to the associations we serve.
