Small Business owners are now required to report their beneficial ownership information! This is the first year and the deadline to report is December 31st.
The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network is the agency to file with. You can find their website at fincen.gov.
There are hefty fines for non-compliance. Owners of small businesses and LLCs need to act on this quickly!

I was blessed to be a part of this NWA BNI All-Star Mega Meeting this week!
I got to meet some people I hadn’t seen in a while, meet some new folks, and introduce my company on stage to a crowd of like minded business professionals!
We celebrated the All-star members in our chapters, and I watched my friend Nicky McKerlie receive the honor for her dedicated efforts in our chapter. Such a good time!
