One year ago, I made a bet.
Not on a product. Not on a niche. On a belief.
The belief that most service business owners are not struggling because they lack talent. They are struggling because no one has helped them design a client experience that actually keeps people around.
That belief became Client Journey Advisors.
Year one has been a lot of building, learning, and figuring out what it really means to lead with that conviction. I am still early. The client roster is growing, not overflowing. And honestly? That is okay.
Because what I know for sure is that the problem I set out to solve is real. Every conversation confirms it.
Here is to year two, with more clarity, more courage, and more of the work that matters.
