A few weekends ago, a beautiful Ceremony & Wedding Reception took place here🤍

The weather was perfect! Which meant their vows could be exchanged on the patio ⛅️

Lovely, simple decor donned their altar ~ Bentwood chairs were chosen for guest seating outside ~ With Historic Downtown Monroe as their backdrop ~ All of it coming together to match the vision for their vows 💍🤍

The flow into the reception was seamless as guests mingled outside for awhile, then headed to the banquet room for hors d’oeuvres & drinks before the wedding party entrance🥂 The tables were beautifully decorated with crystal candlesticks, bud vases & fresh florals 🌸

Catered in BBQ & sides, were top notch🤌🏼 Nothing but good things to say, from every guest 🍽️ The dessert & pastry table added to the aesthetic ~ everything was delicious 🍰

The reception was a total blast! Can you tell through the photos? With a playlist picked by the bride & groom, plus tons of requests from guests to keep everybody on the dance floor 🪩 Once the music started, the party didn’t stop until the very end!

✨Prom Photo Spot✨

If you are headed to Prom tomorrow night, stop by the patio at The Michigan Wine and Beer Portal to take Prom pics! There’s so many photo ops with the River Raisin right there, historic buildings in the background, the waterfall & trellis. You will get some good shots for sure🤍

Before you leave for the Rooster Tail, get you & your date an iced coffee for the drive from River Raisin Trading Post , right inside the doors🥤

✨Important note! ~ Please stay on the patio or downstairs for photos. The banquet room upstairs has another event happening tomorrow. Do not go upstairs, please & thank you:)✨

Margaritas & Matrimony🍋‍🟩💍

How fun is this theme for an evening Bridal Shower??🤍

This lovely Bride & her family, hosted an open-house style, pre-wedding celebration at the banquet center 🥂 From the balloon arch, to the centerpieces, their theme was seen through all the details✨

What’s even sweeter is that her dress, was actually her mom’s wedding dress from 1993🤍🫶🏻 She had it tailored into a party dress, just for the occasion🤍 Goodness, don’t you just love that?!

✨It’s Official✨

We have been waiting to be able to share this beautiful news with you!! And now we can officially say, THIS is where we have moved🤍

Across the street & over the bridge, to The River Raisin Banquet Center. All of our previously booked events have been happening here, and all new bookings are filling up the calendar! It has been lovely to partner with the owners, who also own the downstairs restaurant The Michigan Wine and Beer Portal & River Raisin Trading Post coffee shop ~ Two local gems!

A few perks about this beautiful location ~

Capacity for up to 210 guests, with room for a dance floor, food displays, gift areas and much more.

Lots of vintage details, with the building dating back to 1931! Originally built back then, as a hall for events & entertainment. It has stood the test of time, with so many years left to host special occasions & gatherings 🥂

Centrally located in downtown Monroe 🪷 With windows lining the main event space, giving scenic views of the river and surrounding history. You how much we love natural light around here, and wow does this place have it 🤍☀️

All of our table decor, layout setup, statement chair & backdrop choice, plus other extras are still included with your event through us! Just like we offered at our previous location🤍

This is such a great space to host Bridal & Baby Showers, milestone Birthdays, Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions, Anniversaries, luncheons & more. Have a look at some of the most recent events held here🤍

Now booking & touring for 2026/27 events✨

We have been touring guests, hosting events & delivering event rentals all over the place the last few months🤍 The future calendar is getting pretty full ~ I want everyone to have a chance to look & book, before all the dates are filled up!

Here’s a quick rundown ~ We are still Downtown Monroe {it’s not a secret location, we just can’t advertise it on the web & socials yet;} capacity for up to 210 guests, table decor options included, statement furniture & backdrop choices as well! Already have your venue booked elsewhere? We have a rental fleet of stylish furniture pieces and decor, to fancy up your celebrations 🤍✨

Like this lovely, October wedding 🍂 A full lounge seating area was curated by the Bride from our rental selections🤍 With delivery, setup & pickup from us!

Full seating area sets come with a choice of loveseat, backdrop, 2 statement chairs, coordinated cushions to match your theme/decor, rug, ottoman & end tables for drinks 🥂

Lounge sets are the perfect spot for guests to get up from their tables, move around and visit with a more relaxed vibe👌🏻 Also great for photos! Polaroid wedding guest books + lounge sets are a perfect pair 📷

We absolutely loved how this one turned out 🌾 With one of the most beautiful venues, serving up the VIEWS with those garage doors open ⛅️ The Stables 🤍

The sun today had me checking ~ Can you believe we are LESS than 3 months away from daylight savings? Then a few more days after that and it’s spring??! 🌼

You know what that means? The birds & the bees & the flowers & the trees & the moon up above, will all be humming with LOVE🤍 Or in other words, it’s about to be peak events season 💍 🍼 🥂 🤍

I know you all have been patiently waiting for our location reveal on these social pages🫶🏻 It’s coming soon, promise! However, some of you may not know, we are still booking events {at the new digs!} through 2026 & 2027🤍

Our current event calendar is filling up with Spring dates and beyond ~ A VinMod Event includes table decor selections, statement chair + backdrop choice, lounge area, layout setup with tables & chairs, kitchen area and more! You can bring in any food selections you’d like, or grab a local referral from us for catering. Bar & drink packages, tons of upgrades, and full day specials available to add on too.
