We had the pleasure to attend the Ouachita American Job Center Youth Career Expo as mental health Panelists! Thanks you for having us in support of our youth and to shed light on career options! As long as people exist, problems will exist...this field is here to stay!

Thursday Thoughts!

We've all been burned before from sharing our goals and dreams with someone. Sometimes to the point that we refuse to share them with anyone now. You're being protective of yourself and that's a natural response.

Here's a tip: you shouldn't have to be be in protective mode with everyone all the time. Instead of becoming so closed off to others, consider being open to reevaluating who you have in your Circle.

Healthy friendships encourage your dreams and support your goals. A simple friend check can help you in so many ways!

Conversation rules the nation! Last night we had such a good time talking about Toxic relationships and our own toxic traits. Grown people discussing real issues! Such a vibe! We keep being told we've got something special going and we can't wait for all of our community to experience it. The feedback and the request we received last night lets us know we're doing something right!
Shoutout to Chandra Maze for that amazing food, True Releaf, Inc. For an amazing vibe, bomb staff, and the door prizes for our guest! And shoutout to yall for engaging in a much needed dialogue! We'll see yall again real soon! 😉
