Sometimes great service starts in unexpected places.
When a customer mailed in a payment, one of their printed invoices came along with it, printed on a device we service. A small mark on the page caught the attention of Lyndsey, our AP specialist, signaling a potential issue with their print quality.
Instead of waiting for a service ticket, she brought it straight to our service team. Blake and the team quickly reached out to the customer and resolved the issue before it ever became a problem.
Why does this matter? Because at MOEbiz, we believe great prints and great service go hand in hand. When something doesnโt look right, we act fast.
