Just got a look at a business with $48 million in revenue wanting to sell, they have some issues with debt management, looks like they took on too many investors, some of whom are getting high interest.

These choices are negatively affecting profit, growth and future projections. Therefore the need to sell and the low price point for what could have been.

Always think through your business moves with advisors. At the size of this business they could have easily brought in advisors like me earlier and not made bad deals. We can turn it around but they will have lost millions in the meantime.
