Are you stalled? Don’t know the next step? Afraid to do it wrong? Don’t feel like you know how?
JUST START! When you move, use your senses and go! Too many of us sit on the sideline waiting for ‘it’ to happen.
This reminds me of my work on crossword puzzles. If I stop on the first word I can’t think of, I’ll fail but if I look to find a starting word, it all begins to fill out because I started with something!

I welcome your input on how to successfully turn a toxic employee around.

Toxic employees typically:
1) are overconfident
2) have self-centered attitudes
3) are rule breakers
4) tend not to cooperate with others
5) don’t respect their co-workers
6) always looking out for number one

All this is quiet a package which can make them difficult people in the workplace environment where teamwork is needed most often.
