35 hour workweek, after training will go to partially remote week,
Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Paychex
Responsibilities:
Competencies in payroll administration, including managing timecards, paid time off and creating payroll journal entries for QuickBooks.
Expertise in managing employee benefits such as NYSHIP, NYSLRS, Aflac, STD, PFL.
Advanced mathematical skills to calculate complicated formulas such as discounts, interest, and percentages is required.
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Paychex and Microsoft Excel is a must.
Manage State Correctional Facilities library aid.
Collaborate with the Fiscal Officer on annual budgets, reviewing member libraries annual reports and construction aid applications
