MSE is seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to help support the relationships, communication, and coordination that keep operations moving efficiently. This role plays an important part in connecting our customers with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service and dependable support throughout the process.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, production status, and delivery timelines
- Enter, edit, and manage orders in the Epicor ERP system
- Document customer interactions, orders, and issues in CRM
- Advocate for customer needs during production scheduling and coordination meetings
- Partner with Production, Shipping, Transportation, and Leadership to resolve issues
- Support inventory processes and participate in monthly inventory counts
Position Highlights:
➡️ Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
➡️ High school diploma or GED required
➡️ 2+ years of customer-facing experience required
➡️ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
➡️ Ability to learn Epicor ERP and CRM systems within required timeframes
➡️ Monthly inventory participation required (1st of each month)
