MSE is committed to growing a strong workforce here in Northeast Louisiana, and that starts with connecting with the next generation.

We recently welcomed Unitech Training Academy - West Monroe Campus's graduating electrical students for a site tour. The group was engaged from start to finish, and we enjoyed sharing a look at the work we do right here in NELA.

Thank you to Unitech for visiting, and congratulations to these students as they prepare for the next step in their careers!

Today, MSE joined local leaders for the State of the State luncheon with Governor Jeff Landry, hosted by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce. We appreciate the administration’s focus on workforce development and creating a climate where businesses can grow.

For our team, that means more opportunities for local people to build careers close to home and help make products that reach customers across the country. Thank you to the Chamber for bringing this conversation to our community!
