I'm not sure how this would work, in a practical sense. This article states that FHA plans to accept E-Signatures on mortgage notes by the end of the year. In California, the deed of trust must be notarized and the signer(s) must be in the presence of the notary. California does not allow E-Signatures for notarized documents.

The Federal Housing Administration announced that it will allow lenders to start accepting electronic signatures on sales contracts.

Yes, I like knowing how to do many things. I have already done some work as a process server and as a virtual assistant, but I will be expanding on these and other areas to broaden my service areas. Like I always say, if you need something done, cell me. If I can't do it, chances are I know someone who can because of my network.

It's been busy around here, (thank you friends for the referrals!) and I decided to add value to the services I provide as a mobile notary and certified signing agent - just to be sure I keep busy! So, as of yesterday, I am a "duly ordained minister." Okay now, who wants to get married?!!

Food insecurity, better known as hunger, is a real problem in our area. It only takes a little bit to make a big difference. And if you have something to donate and can't get to Foothill Unity Center, I will come pick it up and deliver it myself. They also need plastic bags (grocery bags), personal care items (shampoo, toothpaste toothbrushes, soap, etc.) If you travel, keep those shampoo bottles the hotel gives you and donate to Foothill UC.
