Hello! We would like to thank you again for your business this year. Although the weather this summer was a bit
chillier than normal, and the beaches took a large erosion hit, we were still able to enjoy the beauty of the lake
and the beautiful sunsets Western Michigan provides.
As we close out this year of rentals, we would like to make everyone aware that we are providing weekly
home inspections over the winter months if anyone is interested. We have had a few requests for this service
and wanted to reach out to all of our customers to let them know this option is available.
What does the inspection entail? We will be driving to your home on a weekly basis to inspect the exterior for
any damage, take pictures of the water levels, and will do an interior inspection if you wish. We will then
e-mail the pictures to you weekly.
What is the cost of this service? We will begin inspections starting the week of December 1st and continue
through March 31st, 2020. The cost will be $60 per month/$240 for the entire 4 month season. Payment can be
made at the beginning or end of the season.
Please let us know if you would like your home added to the list so we can effeciently map out our stops as
we will be making numerous trips to the lakeshore to accomadate homes from Montague to Silver Lake.
