Motherhood transformed me in so many ways...โค๏ธ
I would like to share this parable w/u to illustrate the philosophy of transformation ๐ซ:
โ
Once upon a time there was a Man. He was dissatisfied with his life and was so evil & filled with anger. He uncontrollably vented his emotions on the other people and they would often say that his anger was eating him up inside. He was aware that the energy of his anger was turning into a big red ball that destroyed everything around.
โ
The Man was tired of living such a miserable life. So he decided to die. But he found out that he was not a simple man - he was immortal. Was he really made to be such a monster forever?
โ
But one night he had a dream about a wizard that could teach him how to control this anger and transform it into a powerful gift โ a talent that would change his life and make him a better man.
โ
The Man took the dream seriously and started to look for the wizard. However, he could not find him anywhere. He almost gave up. But, one day he was passing a trash bin and heard a quiet sound. He looked into the bin and saw a small scared kitten. ๐ฑ The Man was surprised at his own reaction โ out of a sudden he felt empathetic, took out the kitten, put it under the shirt, and brought it home.
โ
He started to take care of the animal: he fed it, groomed it, soothed it when it needed love. A few years passed but the Man could still not control his anger. Then, he decided to shut others out to stop being harmful. His cat was the only creature he shared his loneliness with.
โ
As time passed, the cat grew up loved and cared for. ๐ The Man had no one to take care of and often he would give the best part from his meal to the cat. One day, on the Man's Birthday, the cat started running around his legs. The cat started spinning around and โ what a miracle โ turned into that Wizard ๐ง!
