Hey Chics 👋🏾 Hey!

It's time for a SELF-PRIORITY CHECK-IN!

Let's be honest: You can have everybody else's needs handled and still be running on empty yourself. You can show up for work, family, friends, and everyone who calls your name while quietly putting YOURSELF at the bottom of the list.

But today, we're changing that!
Your self-priority check-in starts with 7 simple questions:
👉🏾What thoughts have been taking up space in your mind?
👉🏾How are you speaking to yourself?
👉🏾What feelings have you been pushing aside?
👉🏾What do YOU want?
👉🏾Where is your time really going?
👉🏾Does your environment nurture you or drain you?
👉🏾How is your energy? Are you running on empty or making room to recharge?

Here's your challenge: Don't just read the list. TAKE ACTION!

Choose ONE area that needs your attention today. Give yourself 10 minutes to ✔️check in, get honest about what you need, and take ONE small 👟step toward meeting that need.

Maybe it's setting a boundary. Taking a real break. Saying no without explaining yourself. Asking for help. Or finally making time for something YOU want to do.💕

Remember: Small checks. Big change. You come first!!!

Drop a comment and tell us: Which of the 7 areas needs your attention most right now?

Let's stop putting ourselves last and start choosing ourselves on purpose!

🧠 MINDSET MONDAY:

CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION

🗣️Lately, I've been having conversations with friends and family about consistency.

Whether we're pursuing business and career goals, working on our health and wellness, improving our finances, or creating the life we really want, we all face challenges along the way.

As we share our experiences, lessons, and even our mistakes, a few things keep standing out to me:

👉🏾SHOW UP, EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE IT.
Motivation is great when it shows up, but you can't always depend on how you feel. Sometimes, you have to decide that your goals matter enough to take that next step anyway.
👉🏾YOUR BEST WILL LOOK DIFFERENT FROM DAY TO DAY.
Today, you might give 85%. Tomorrow, you might only have 10% to give. That's okay! Not every day will be exciting. Not every step will be noticeable. Nobody may even see the effort you're making. But 10% is still progress when zero was the alternative.
👉🏾KEEP BUILDING MOMENTUM.
Last week, you showed up twice. This week, try for three times. Small steps create habits, and those habits can move you closer to the life you're working to build. You don't have to do everything at once. Just keep going.
👉🏾WHEN YOU GET OFF TRACK, TRY AGAIN.
Missing a day, falling behind, or losing your rhythm doesn't mean you've failed. Use that experience as information. Check in with yourself. Figure out what got in the way and what needs to change. Then regroup and begin again.

👩🏾 Sis, consistency isn't about getting everything right. It's about continuing to show up, adjusting when necessary, and refusing to give up on yourself.
And creating a life where YOU are a priority requires that same consistency.
Your wellness matters. Your dreams matter. Your next chapter matters.

Self-sacrifice had its season. Self-priority is your next chapter.
And it starts NOW!

What's one area of your life where you're choosing to show up more consistently this week?
