Au Parc Oméga, il n’y a pas que les loups qui travaillent en meute! 🐺

Les 28 septembre et 5 octobre, Carol a eu le plaisir d’animer une formation en compétences de gestion auprès des superviseurs et chefs d’équipe du Parc Omega.

Deux journées axées sur le leadership, la motivation, la communication, l’écoute active, la rétroaction, les conversations difficiles, le coaching avec la méthode GROW et la gestion des différents styles de personnalité DiSC… avec beaucoup d’exercices et de mises en situation.

Une question a guidé plusieurs de nos échanges : « Comment mieux diriger nos équipes pour qu’elles puissent, à leur tour, offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux visiteurs? » 👀

Parce qu’au bout du compte, il y a un lien très réel entre l’expérience employé et l’expérience client. Des employés qui se sentent écoutés, responsabilisés, soutenus et motivés sont mieux outillés pour accueillir et servir les milliers de visiteurs qui viennent découvrir le Parc, du Québec, du Canada et d’un peu partout dans le monde.

Effective leadership starts with understanding how you lead.

Carol has had a busy couple of days facilitating our Leadership Styles and Self-Awareness workshop online, one of our increasingly popular leadership development programs. 🤩

Delivered over two half-days, the workshop creates space for reflection, discussion and practical learning around leadership styles and self-awareness. Because becoming a more effective leader often requires us to step back, challenge our assumptions and understand ourselves first. 💪

We recently had the opportunity to deliver a Customer Service workshop for program officers from the Cree First Nation Of Waswanipi.

The workshop focused on strengthening practical customer service skills, including professional communication, responsiveness, relationship-building, and delivering respectful and effective service. 👏

Through interactive discussions and activities, participants explored practical ways to apply these skills in their day-to-day interactions and further strengthen the service they provide to their community.

We were particularly impressed by the team’s engagement, professionalism, and genuine commitment to serving community members. 🤩
