Arimon is looking for a full-time Maintenance Tech!

This position will be primarily located at our Montello facility, with regular travel to our Wautoma location required.

A qualified candidate will have experience repairing and maintaining machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment and assembly aids for manufacturing operations.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic components is required.

❄️🌩Weather Update⛈️❄️

With the snowstorm in our area and schools already announcing closures for tomorrow, we want everyone to know that your safety comes first.

Arimon will be open, but please use your own discretion when deciding whether to come in. If the weather or road conditions make it unsafe, we completely understand.

For anyone who is not able to make it in tomorrow, all three locations will also be open on Friday for those who would like to make up their time.

We have full-time and part-time schedules available. ALL are first shift.

Pay is $16.50 per hour for entry-level assembly with advancement opportunities.

We’re proud to share that Arimon has wrapped up our annual fundraising efforts for the Salvation Army ❤️

Throughout the year, our team fundraises with the goal of giving back to the communities where we live and work. At the end of the year, we were honored to make donations supporting local Salvation Army programs in Marquette County, Waushara County, and Marinette County.
It was especially meaningful to welcome Salvation Army representatives for in-person visits and photos at our locations. Thank you to our Montello and Wautoma teams for hosting and helping make these moments possible.

A huge thank-you to our employees and community members who contributed throughout the year—your generosity truly makes a difference close to home.

Across all three locations, we spent the last few months coming together in so many meaningful and fun ways. We welcomed visits from our local municipalities, shared Thanksgiving and Christmas lunches together at work, showed off our ugly sweaters, decorated Christmas trees, and even had a special visit from Santa himself. 🎅 We also hosted basket raffles and 50/50 raffles to raise money for the Salvation Army.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but this season was a great reminder of the community we’ve built; within our teams and beyond our walls.

Here’s a look back at some of the moments that made this season special. Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, organized, cooked, competed, and showed up. 💫

We are deeply saddened to share that our beloved colleague, Val Stalsberg, passed away yesterday.

Val was a cherished member of the Arimon family for nearly 15 years. She was known for her kindness, her humor and dedication, and her hard work ethic — qualities that touched everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her.

Val will be deeply missed by all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones during this difficult time.

🎃 Halloween Spirit Day: Any Costume Goes! 👻

Our teams went all out for our Any Costume dress-up day! We had great participation across all locations, with everyone showing off their creativity and Halloween spirit.

Each location also celebrated with a pizza party and some fun trick-or-treating — a big thank-you to everyone who joined in and made the day such a success! 🍕🍬

We have one more dress-up day to go — stay tuned!
