We proud to be celebrating the 10-year work anniversary of Jose Ceja, our Sales Director—and one of the very first of four employees at Ampacity.

There are not many people who can say they were there from the very beginning, but Jose can. Ten years ago, he took a chance on this vision alongside a small but mighty team and helped lay the foundation for everything Ampacity is today. Watching this company grow from those early days to where we are now, Jose has been here for it all.

Jose, you are a cornerstone of this family and we are so grateful to have had you by our side every step of the way. Here is to 10 incredible years, and everything still to come!

A few weeks ago, came together in Colorado for our annual company party, a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect with teammates from across the country, and celebrate everything we’ve accomplished together.

With our teams spread across offices, facilities, and job sites, getting everyone together makes these moments that much more special. We’re incredibly grateful for the dedicated team behind Ampacity and all they do to keep us moving forward.

Our team joined SunShare in New Mexico to celebrate the Juniper Sol Community Solar Garden, a project Ampacity was proud to help bring to life alongside E Light Electric through material and mechanical installation.

It was great to come together with leaders and community partners from across New Mexico to celebrate the project and hear perspectives on the future of in the state.

Trackers are the dominant mounting choice for utility-scale , but a bit more assembly is required compared to their fixed-tilt relatives.

In this role, you’ll lead electrical design and BOM development for utility-scale solar eBOS projects, collaborate with customers and engineering partners, and help drive coordinated solutions across electrical and structural scopes.

We’re looking for someone with 3–5 years of electrical design experience, including direct utility-scale solar experience.
