🚛 NOW HIRING: Log Truck Drivers – Long Logger, Super Train & Lowboy 🚛

Chehalis Valley Timber, Inc. is looking for experienced, safety-minded log truck drivers to join our team!

What You'll Do:
🔹 Safely haul logs and/or equipment to and from mills, landings, and job sites
🔹 Operate long logger, super train, or lowboy depending on assignment
🔹 Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
🔹 Communicate clearly with dispatch, mechanics, and crew members
🔹 Follow all DOT, company safety, and job site requirements

What You'll Need:
✅ Valid Class A CDL
✅ Prior log truck and/or lowboy driving experience required
✅ Strong safety record and attention to detail
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Schedule:
🗓️ Full-time, Monday–Friday
🏡 Home nightly

🌲 NOW HIRING: Experienced Loader Operator — Chehalis Valley Timber, Inc.

We are looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join our crew. This is not an entry-level position — prior loader experience is required.

What You'll Need:
🔹 Proven experience loading log trucks
🔹 Solid knowledge of log sorts, destinations, and wood species
🔹 Speed and efficiency without cutting corners on safety
🔹 Strong awareness of safety protocols in the woods
🔹 A team player who communicates clearly and respectfully on the radio
🔹 Reliable — on time, every time, and ready to work
🔹 Willing to work early mornings and long hours as needed

Schedule:
📅 Monday–Friday
⏰ Early start time

Pay & Benefits:
💰 Hourly pay, biweekly pay schedule
🏥 100% employer-paid Medical, Vision, and Dental
💵 HSA contribution
🌴 Vacation: 80 hours after 1 year, 160 hours after 5 years
🤒 40 hours of sick leave
