SOME UPS UPDATES!
Effective Oct 31st, 2022, we cannot accept QR codes for UPS returns. We apologize for the inconvenience!
We can accept pre-paid labels! And, as always, we can prepare a label for your packages.
When doing your return, you must request a label to return it with us. Choose the option that allows you to print an actual label. Or you can email a copy to us at [email protected].
This change is being made by UPS and unfortunately, we do not have any control or other solution! We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has/will cause.
Regarding AT&T and Spectrum Returns:
We do NOT, nor have we ever had the ability to take AT&T or Spectrum Equipment without a label.
That equipment has to be returned to a BRANDED UPS location… as in THE UPS STORE. Although we are authorized to ship UPS, we are not a branded location and as much as we would like to accept them, we cannot.
The nearest location for you to return them is Wentzville, Columbia or Troy.
Our suggestion is you call AT&T or Spectrum and tell them you are not willing to drive 45 minutes ONE WAY to return their equipment and ask them to send you a label. Once you have the label, we can accept your return. If they tell you we can take it without the label, they are wrong. We would gladly take it if we could!
Finally, we are a UPS access point! That means you can choose us to have your package shipped to in the event you are out of town or working during delivery hours. If you choose us as your access point, UPS requires we have positive ID for you to pick up your items.
