Yep! We're on the West Coast, too! Our self-performing technicians are hard at work serving clients across California, with direct support from our Baton Rouge divisional leadership.

Recently, members of our divisional leadership made the trip out west to connect with our California technicians face-to-face! It's a great example of what self-performing is all about: staying connected to our teams and taking ownership of the services we deliver.

A few days well spent in Baton Rouge! 🤝

Leadership from Montgomery joined our Baton Rouge and Birmingham Divisional and Market Managers for a week of hands-on training, collaboration and sharing ideas across our teams.

It was a great opportunity to refresh our knowledge, swap tips and learn from one another, all while keeping our teams moving and our clients taken care of.

Stronger teams and better practices lead to better service. 🛠️
