I’ve got this song on repeat...

I’ve battled anxiety for so long, and I’m finally learning (a little more every day) to let go and trust God.

But as a mama, we wear so many hats and it’s so easy to feel the weight of everything this season brings, isn’t it?

I get it—and I’m praying you have a chance to pause, take a deep breath, and feel the peace that only He can give.

We don’t have to do it all. 💜

Here’s to finding those quiet moments of joy and peace this season. ✨

God often shows up in ways we don’t expect, doesn’t He?

For me, that help came through a functional medicine doctor who guided me back to health, helped me regain my energy, and opened my eyes to a deeper understanding of wellness. But the cost was high, and I wasn’t sure how I would afford it.

Then, I heard a beautiful story about a nurse in Virginia giving away her Tahoe in a generous act of kindness. That story drew me in, but it was the skincare that healed my daughter’s eczema that gave me the belief to dive into a business that changed our lives. That business gave me the financial margin to see that doctor, who still helps me today.

When that business ended this summer, I told myself I wouldn’t get involved in another MLM. Not because I didn’t believe in the products or the compensation plan, but because I wasn’t sure I had it in me to start again. But then God nudged me, reminding me of the trials I’ve walked through—panic attacks, depression, anxiety, and hypothyroidism. He reminded me how He provided the right people, the right tools, and the right direction every step of the way.

And now, He’s giving me that nudge again.

I’m so excited to partner with MAKE Wellness and share with you the power of bioactive precision peptides. But more importantly, I’m here to help you discover true, holistic wellness. Because, mama, I know your heart—you want to serve your family well, but sometimes you feel stretched thin, like Stretch Armstrong from our childhood, right?! 🤪

I’m ready to learn more, grow, and build a deeper relationship with you on this journey. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the last 10 years, it’s that the real gift is the impact we MAKE together and the people we get to love and serve along the way. 💖

Let’s do this together!

Hi! 👋🏻 I’m !

One of my favorite quotes is, “It is the sweet, simple things in life that are the real ones after all.” – Laura Ingalls Wilder. And as a busy mama, I’ve come to realize how true that is. Those “ordinary miracles” are everywhere if we pause to notice them.

I’m passionate about helping busy mamas like you pursue holistic health and wellness, even when time feels tight. I love creating simple, effective systems that allow you to care for yourself and your family without overwhelm. Most importantly, I’m passionate about building a community where you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to thrive.

When I’m not working or developing resources and relationships here in this space, you’ll find me running errands or planning my next travel adventure, listening to an audible book, and more often than not at a sporting event, often with a Dr Pepper Zero in hand. I’m a wife and mama of 2 teenagers, and a dog mama to Hazel.

It’s truly an honor to have you here in this space! I can’t wait to get to know you better.

I believe that your vision as a busy mama is powerful and deserves the love and attention to make a meaningful impact—not just for you, but for those around you. And here’s the best part: you don’t have to do it alone!

Picture this: you join a community of like-minded mamas, linking arms with others who share your desire to live well and create a positive impact. Together, we support each other, lift each other up, and lighten the load so that you don’t have to carry the weight of it all by yourself.

What does that mean for you? It means you can set aside the stress and embrace the beauty of being fully present. Play with your kids, enjoy your family time, dive into a project you’ve been putting off, or simply relax and take care of you.

Because when we’re in this together, there’s balance—and that’s something worth celebrating, isn’t it? 💖

Friend, I think we’re a lot alike—busy mamas wearing all the hats, trying to live well and make a difference in the world. After years of working, taking care of others, and juggling life’s demands, I found myself feeling exhausted and a bit lost, unsure of the path ahead. But then I realized the answer had been within me all along—the key to thriving is living in tune with the unique song of my heart.

One of my gifts is coming alongside busy mamas like you, who are ready to embrace holistic wellness and find balance in the chaos. Together, we take strategic action to help you thrive in both your personal life and your health journey, creating space for you to truly live well.

The best part? You get to see the dream in your heart come to life—whether that’s creating time freedom, improving your wellness, or finding balance in your daily routine. And trust me, that’s a pretty amazing feeling! Let’s do this together. 💖

Have you ever looked at your life like a hall closet?

Lately, I’ve been sorting through thoughts/thought patterns and doing some soul-searching, reflecting and vision work. It feels a lot like cleaning out my hall closet.

I’m surprised to find this negative thought still tucked into the back of my mind. Or wonder why I’ve held into this habit that’s never served me well. It’s like that old pair of jeans you think you might fit into one day but when you look back in pictures, you pray to God those never come back in style! 😜

Sometimes when I clean out the closet, I can quickly tidy things up and keep moving. Other times, I feel the need to take everything out of the closet, clean it and start fresh. Take out what is not serving me and then begin placing things back in the closet that are useful, helpful or meaningful in my life.

This upcoming 40th birthday has me feeling a little more reflective. I reflect on my beautiful life of almost 40 years and am thankful. But my next 40 years, I want to look a little different. I want my thoughts to myself to be kinder, more loving, more gracious. I want to clearly understand my purpose and core values and make choices to support that. I want to have fun, go on adventures, and laugh a lot more.

Honestly, how do you feel about your “hall closet”, the closet of your life? What is in there that you need to let go of, change out or reorganize?

The beauty of our hall closet is we get to choose to tackle it… if we don’t choose, it’s just a big mess behind closed doors but it’s still there weighing on you. Might as well open it up, create the mess, and then put it all back together! I love organizing and in the middle of the process when your brain is saying “what in the heck were you thinking?”, I always remember “it’s gotta get messy, before it gets better.” It’s worth it in the end.

Can I encourage you today? Don’t live life with a closet full of cobwebs, spiders and junk that’s not serving you. Open it up, sort out the mess and FULLY LIVE your life. You are unique and the value you bring to the world is yours and yours alone. The world needs who you were meant to be. 🌎❤️

Love you, my friend!

What does parenting/business/life and 12U travel baseball have in common?

➡️Here’s my take.

1️⃣2️⃣ lessons I learned by watching my son ( #12) play travel baseball this season.

1. When you find a group of people who love you, push you to become better and have your back, cherish them and don’t take them for granted.

2. Perfectionism is impossible, trying to achieve it is unhealthy. Strive for progress and rest easy at night knowing you gave it your best shot.

3. Never let life’s curve balls get you down, keep fouling them off and always be ready for the next pitch. Your pitch will come, but it’s up to you to be ready!

4. Mental toughness is not built from comfort zones. Put in the work. Growth takes time.

5. The only things you can control are your attitude, your enthusiasm and your effort. Your energy matters.

6. Losses are tougher when you’re playing for the name on the front of your jersey. Wins are even sweeter!

7. Life is hard, so is baseball.

8. Failure is not a failure unless you don’t learn from it.

9. Your smile matters.

10. The mind is a powerful force and sometimes you win the battle, other times you don’t. All that matters is you keep fighting.

11. Everyone is fighting their own battles. Being a caring human is always the best option.

12. 12 year old boys are caught in the middle of growing up and being little. Be patient. Keep praying for them. Be proud of the man they are becoming… but LOVE the boy that’s staring you in the face fiercely and never stop being his #1 fan.

We’re so thankful for our Evansville Leathernecks family and another great year of baseball. ⚾️🧡🖤🤍⚾️

As I consider a flower blooming in full color, I’m reminded it’s beauty all began deep in the ground as it’s root system was being nourished and strengthened, then when the timing was right, the bud popped through the ground.

You are a beauty. You are loved and admired. The growth you’ve committed to is worth it. Keep blooming, keep growing!🪴
