Consultation Fees:
I’ve let this slide for far too long, but going forward consultation fees will be strictly enforced.
• Standard consultations: $250
• Appellate consultations: $350
(If you hire counsel, the fee will be credited against the retainer fee.)

Further, hourly fees will be $300.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2026.

Holiday Hours:
We will be working limited in-office hours over the next few weeks due to the holiday and other requirements. Please feel free to call and schedule a meeting but understand that those meeting times are limited and are first come first serve.

Unfortunately, after yet another brutal trip to purchase office supplies, the gas station and grocery store, due to the Biden/Harris economic policies, we are forced to increase our hourly rates.

Beginning August 1, 2024, the Law Offices of J. Carlton Taylor's hourly rate for services shall increase to $300.00 per hour.

We apologize, as we try to keep costs to a minimum for our clients, however the current economic situation, created since the 2020 election, has left us with no other choice.

[All clients currently under contract shall continue to be billed at the contract rate.]
