Consultation Fees:
I’ve let this slide for far too long, but going forward consultation fees will be strictly enforced.
• Standard consultations: $250
• Appellate consultations: $350
(If you hire counsel, the fee will be credited against the retainer fee.)
Further, hourly fees will be $300.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2026.
Holiday Hours:
We will be working limited in-office hours over the next few weeks due to the holiday and other requirements. Please feel free to call and schedule a meeting but understand that those meeting times are limited and are first come first serve.
