Anyone ever get ball joints from Speedway and have the threads completely strip out causing the castle nut to pop off and drop your car to the ground? Took the Fairlane to town today and that exact thing happened to the driver side. Got it rigged good enough to get it on the trailer and when I put it in the garage, noticed the same thing was happening to the passenger side. The threads are starting to pull and sheared the cotter pin.
