This property was recently cleared and sold to its new owners, who quickly discovered a major problem with the existing driveway. Every time it rained, water had nowhere to go, causing the driveway to wash out and send gravel and sediment onto the main road.

The new landowners gave us a call, and Ryan got to work creating a long term solution. We cut a drainage ditch alongside the driveway to properly direct water away from the roadway, and prevent future washouts. By giving the runoff a designated path, the driveway can now shed water effectively instead of letting it flow across the surface and carry material away.

Proper drainage is one of the most important parts of a durable driveway. Without it, even the best gravel will eventually wash away. We're glad we could help these new property owners protect their investment and improve access to their land.

From Woodland to Home Site 🏡

Yesterday was all about staying ahead of the weather! With rain in the forecast, we made it a priority to get rock down on this driveway before the storms rolled in and that's exactly what we did.

This project has been a true ground-up transformation. What started as a wooded lot full of trees is now taking shape as a home site. We've handled everything from clearing and grading to building up the driveway and creating additional space for parking and a safe turnaround area.

Seeing a project evolve from raw land into a place where memories will be made is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Every load of rock, every pass with the equipment, and every step brings this property closer to becoming someone's property investment.
