Well wow it has been way to long since I have updated this. First and most important I want to thank everyone for there referrals and recommendations!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Second I am not retiring anytime soon and I love my job and Customers! That said I found this video tonight and it is worth the watch, The examples he uses are on the extreme side but are correct and what I run into daily. The one exception is on the stoves.... I feel it is a slight exaggeration on those. Thank you again for all of your support!

Do not ask a Best Buy salesman what appliance to buy. Ask the guy in the dirty work boots. Ask an independent appliance repair technician.They spend 40 hours...

This is an example of Samsung appliance work. It is a Samsung website and I am looking for and using a common Samsung part number for a failed icemaker and find this..... Notice the image of the icemaker and then read the bulleted description in text. Sigh...... I wish they could do better than this to help me help my customers!!!!!!!!

Hey there, yes I am still around and have been very busy. Wanted to share some pictures of a Samsung icemaker repair that has become pretty popular. It is very involved and a correction for an Icemaker issue that is pretty common on the French door Samsung refrigerators. The repair kit includes an updated icemaker, drain tube, motherboard for updated software, and several other small parts. If you are having this issue give me a call. Well the first few months of business have been great. I appreciate all of the customers and friends support and business. I should have stated a touch more about myself from the beginning. Prior to opening this business I worked for Clawson Appliances here in Monticello for the last 10 years. I work on almost all brands of home appliances including Samsung and LG.
