You just never know what we are working on. A customer was having trouble with the plastic parts on the right breaking on his refrigerator door so we made him some out of a tough bronze material. He should be able to put 10 gallons of milk in the door now with no problems.

We are excited to work with 4T Outdoors for our engraving needs. Great work and quick turnaround!

The theme for the beginning of this month for some of our friends has been "do hard things". Well, this piece is literally hard. It is around 60 rockwell which means you can't cut it with normal tools. Forget a regular drill or end mill because they won't even scratch it.

We drilled two holes with an OSG carbide drill and then tapped them 1/2-13 with an OSG carbide tap. Do hard things? No problem.

Machining technology has charged tremendously over the last decade. Additive manufacturing is one thing that is really changing how designers and manufacturers are looking to get products to the general public.

We are thankful to have recieved a 3-D printer from SCC and their additive manufacturing department through a grant funded by the National Science Foundation.

We would like to give a special thanks to David Selvidge for letting us know about the grant and for helping us get the printer set up and going. With his help, we were printing parts the same day the printer was delivered.
