I have always found all of the different de-stress methods to be comical, from a reading perspective, as my brain never allows me to get past that part of it, the reading.
I always envisions a human acting out the ridiculous suggestions in my head... đ I guess thats part of the overall purpose, I presume.
I'm curious to here some rather unique, yet powerful methods that people within the business world are implementing to de-stress themselves.
