Earlier this month, I had the deep honor to present again at Vermont's annual Poverty and Opportunity Training Forum. This year's theme was "Compassion in Action" - a beautiful theme which aligned so well with the amazing work shared by community action agencies across Vermont. What a joy it was to facilitate my workshops on trauma-informed leadership and personal resilience with folks who work hard every day to make the world a better place. I am forever grateful!
