This was a boiler and hot water tank install along with cleaning up some of the plumbing they had.
Removed 2 hot water tanks and the old boiler. Installed new boiler and hot water heat pump new manifold and future add on to boiler. Also installed magnaclean filter to keep the pipes clear.

Another erv install with high efficiency filter mounted to the central ac while erv supplies the fresh air to the central ac it pulls stale air from the house and exhaust it out side. Also added a ionizer into the central ac system.

Fresh air systems don’t typically filter the incoming air with a 20x20x 6” merv 13 filter but when they need to you call us to make this happen.

All new re designed draft beer system. Went from two separate taps systems on each side of the building and multiple kegerators to two 12tap towers with the same beers on them. Now bartenders won’t need to run to the other bar for certain beers.

Go check out the new system and enjoy a nice cold beer.

Approximately 150 ft of 7/8 inch copper was run, along with the installation of some nice 3-piece ball valves to control the use of either commercial CO2 or reclaimed CO2, which is created during the brewing process and made possible by the reclamation CO2 system.

We were able to get a 2 year old heat pump system to work and finish the install correctly. This system has never worked...

We were able to get a 2 year old heat pump system to work and finish the install correctly. This system has never worked from day one, also found the fan coil was sucking air from the basement from a missing plug and improperly installed trap. Fixed that added a hose set to the condensation pump and now this customer will have a dry basement as well
There was also a fresh air system that was never fully setup that we were able to correct and get up and running.
After two years the customer now has worked central a/c heat pump and fresh air system.
