I am one of those people who used to think I had to be 'productive' to 'get love'...or validation or appreciation or perceived value...(insert whatever word fits for you here).

I don't believe this anymore.

You have innate value even if you never produce another result in your lifetime. Are you aware of that?

I am NOT SAYING 'don't be productive'. I am one of the most productive people I know (if I do say so myself).
