Meredith Recycling is a full service metal recycler. We offer competive prices for metal and friendly customer services. We accept ferrous metals; which include appliances, tin, vehicles, farm machinery, etc. We accept non-ferrous metals; such as aluminum cans, other aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, lead, radiators, compressors, electric motors, starter, alternators, and more. Meredith Re

cycling also accepts lead-acid batteries for recycling. Electronic recycling is also available at Meredith Recycling. We accept towers, laptops, cellphones, circuit boards, LCD TVs, plasma TVs, etc. CRT monitors will be recycled for a fee of $10.00 per monitor. CRT TVs will be recycled for a fee of $1.00 per inch (diagonal measurement). Meredith Recycling also provides roll-off container services for your large recycling needs.

The Montrose VFW is hosting a scrap metal drive to support the MONTROSE MUSEUM. The VFW building is located on Missouri Ave just south of the Bank. The Museum is located on 5th Street between Missouri and Illinois Ave. The Museum is open Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend as well as by appointment.
