This is a document preparation service only and does not constitute legal advice or representation. We are not affiliated with the U.S government and immigration agencies such as USCIS, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of State. The immigrat
ion services we offer can be applied for elsewhere and or directly with USCIS who provide the forms for free. Additionally SAMLEGALSERV LLC does not offer services to any government sanctioned countries. Refund Policy
SAMLEGALSERV LLC does not issue refunds. The Client acknowledges that the granting of a visa or status and the time required for processing this application is at the sole discretion of the U.S government and their immigration agencies such as USCIS. The Client acknowledges that fees are not refundable in the event of an application refusal. Please review the service agreement carefully before signing and making a payment. Promise & Guarantees
SAMLEGALSERV LLC have made no promises, guarantees, or warranties concerning the outcome of any immigration application. The Client acknowledges that the approval of an immigrant or non immigrant petition is at the sole discretion of the U.S government through USCIS and the Department of Homeland Security, and not SAMLEGALSERV LLC. We will work diligently on your case. However, it is acknowledged that at times there may exist delays on the part of the above mentioned government and agencies which are not the fault of SAMLEGALSERV LLC. Cancellation Policy
The signed service agreement cannot be modified by any oral agreement. Nevertheless, the customer and SAMLEGALSERV LLC have the right to terminate this agreement upon written notice, in which event the CLIENT will be obligated to pay for services rendered up to that point.
