Rima_Shah Helping busy moms explore online business so they can create more balance between work, family, and the life they truly want. Hi, I’m Rima.

After spending more than 20 years working in the corporate world, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. The long hours, constant deadlines, and stress were taking a toll, and I wanted more time to be present with my family. That’s when I started learning about the online business world. Like many people, I had no tech background and had never done anything like it before. But ste

p by step, I began building something of my own. Today I help busy moms explore how they can start an online business and create more balance between work, family, and life. If you’ve ever felt like there has to be another way to structure your work and your time, you’re not alone.

One thing I’ve learned about building something of your own…

You don’t have to figure everything out by yourself. ❤️

These meetings are a chance for us to come together, share what’s working, talk through questions, learn from each other, and keep growing.

Some of us have been doing this for years.
Some are newer.
Everyone is at a different place in their journey.

And I think that’s what I appreciate most.

There’s always someone to learn from… and eventually, something you can help someone else with too. 😊

Because having a system is important.

But having people around you who understand the journey makes a difference too. ❤️

A few years ago, I found myself asking...

"Is there another way?"

I'd spent more than 20 years working in customer service as a call center manager.

For most of those years, I genuinely enjoyed what I did.

Then a new boss came in.

Over the next couple of years, the stress kept building, and the way I was being treated slowly took away the joy I once felt in my job.

But looking back, I don't think it was just about having a difficult boss.

It made me realize something I had been ignoring for a long time...

I wanted a life that fit me better.

I wanted more flexibility.

More peace.

More time with my family.

Eventually, I reached a point where I knew...

Something had to change.

So I made one of the hardest decisions of my life.

I walked away.

The truth is... I didn't have a clear Plan B.

I just knew I couldn't keep living the way I was.

A little while later, while I was exploring different options, I came across an online business I hadn't been looking for.

As I learned more, I realized it offered something I'd been searching for...

The opportunity to build something that fit into my life instead of taking me away from it.

That one realization changed the direction of my life.

Today, when I share this business, it's not because I believe it's the right path for everyone.

It's because I know there are other women asking themselves the same questions I once asked.

"How long can I keep doing this?"

"Is life always going to feel this stressful?"

"Is there another way?"

I'm not here to convince anyone.

And I'm definitely not here to promise overnight success.

I'm simply here to share information about something that gave me another option.

If any part of my story feels familiar...

✨ Give yourself permission to be curious.

✨ Ask questions.

✨ Do your own research.

✨ Keep an open mind.

You never know where one conversation...
..or one opportunity...
..might lead.

At the end of the day, I just want people to have the information they need to make the decision that's right for them.

And if you're curious about what I found, I'm always happy to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. 💜

Does anyone else feel like September is a little bit like a mini New Year? 😊

Maybe it's because a new school year is starting.

New schedules.
New routines.
New beginnings.

Even if we're not the ones going back to school, there's something about this time of year that feels like a reset.

And it got me thinking...

A fresh start doesn't always have to mean making a huge change.

Sometimes it starts with simply asking yourself:

𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈'𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲?

Maybe learn something new.
Try something you've been putting off.
Get back to something you enjoy.
Or finally explore an idea that's been sitting in the back of your mind.

The calendar doesn't have to say January 1st for us to start something new. 💜

So as we head into September...

𝐈𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭?

Sometimes, the light doesn’t show you the whole path.

It just reminds you that it’s still there. ☀️

We don’t always need to know exactly what comes next.

Sometimes, we just need enough light to take the next step.

My heart goes out to everyone affected by the devastating floods in Nepal. 🇳🇵❤️

It’s heartbreaking to see the loss, destruction, and uncertainty so many families are facing right now.

Thinking of those who have lost loved ones, those still waiting for news, and all the families and communities whose lives have been changed in an instant.

Praying for strength, safety, and hope for the people of Nepal, and for everyone involved in the rescue and relief efforts. 🙏❤️

Happiness is my habit.
Smiling is my style. 😊

Life isn't perfect. There are stressful days, frustrating moments, and things we can't control.

But I've learned that I can still choose what I carry with me.

A little gratitude.
A little laughter.
And whenever possible… a smile. ❤️

There’s always a woman behind the business. ❤️

Five of us got together for a fun English + Gujarati conversation and shared a little more about who we are beyond what you normally see online.

We talked about who we are at our core, something we’ve had to unlearn as we’ve gotten older, and the advice we would give our younger selves.

Then we switched things up with some rapid-fire questions — favorite food, guilty pleasure, and favorite or dream vacation destination. 😄

A little thoughtful, a little fun, and definitely some laughs along the way!

Sometimes it’s nice to step away from business talk and simply get to know the people behind it. ❤️

Now I’m curious — tamaru dream vacation destination kayu chhe? ✈️🌎

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. ❤️

Today is Raksha Bandhan, an Indian celebration of the special bond between brothers and sisters.

Traditionally, a sister ties a rakhi around her brother’s wrist — a simple thread that represents love, protection, and the connection they share.

But for me, what makes traditions like this special isn’t just the ritual.

It’s the memories attached to them.

The childhood stories.
The teasing. 😄
The arguments.
The laughter.
And the bond that remains, even as life changes and families sometimes end up miles apart.

There’s something beautiful about traditions that keep us connected to our families, our culture, and where we come from. ❤️

And just like that… another school year begins. 🎒❤️

Every year I think, “How are we here already?” 😂

New grade.
New teachers.
New routines.
New memories waiting to be made.

Watching your child grow is such a funny mix of emotions.

You’re proud of who they’re becoming… excited for what’s ahead… and at the same time, part of you wishes you could slow it all down just a little. ❤️

Wishing my girl — and all the kids heading back to school — a wonderful year filled with learning, laughter, good friends, and lots of happy memories. 📚✨

And to all the moms…

We made it through another summer! 😂❤️

For years, social media was just... social media to me. 😊

A place to keep up with friends.

Share family pictures.

Post birthday wishes.

Scroll through videos.

I never really thought about what else it could be used for.

Then I started learning something completely new.

The same social media I had been using every day could also be a tool to connect with people, learn new skills, and build a business.

That was a completely different way of looking at it.

I wasn't a marketer.

I wasn't an influencer.

And I definitely wasn't a social media expert. 😂

I simply learned how to use something I was already familiar with... in a different way.

And that's something I still think about today.

Sometimes opportunities aren't hiding somewhere far away.

Sometimes they're sitting right in front of us...

We just haven't learned how to see them yet. 💜

Have you ever thought about social media that way?
