PSA - Be careful if you wash small children's toys in the dishwasher. Make sure they cannot fall off the rack. This homeowner was washing a few small plastic toys, when one of the toys fell to the bottom and came into contact with the heating element, causing the toy to melt, catch fire, and burn down part of the kitchen.

PSA - keep your grill away from your house. This homeowner let his grill get a little to close. There was a plus, he kept the entire house from catching fire and then he contacted us and because there was no house wrap under the siding, we were able to get his entire house wrapped with new siding, bring it up to code.
